The Texas A&M Alumni Center was looking to transform a large mulch area into an attractive, functional green space that would better complement the facility and surrounding campus environment. While the mulch area served its purpose, it lacked the visual appeal, usability, and year-round consistency desired for such a prominent location. The goal was to create a welcoming outdoor space that would enhance the overall appearance of the property, provide a permanently manicured aesthetic, and eliminate the ongoing maintenance associated with maintaining a large mulch-covered area. The solution also needed to withstand heavy pedestrian traffic while maintaining a high-end appearance befitting a premier university facility.
ForeverLawn Houston transformed the existing mulch-covered area into a vibrant, functional green space using ForeverLawn Landscape Select LX. Working closely with the project team, ForeverLawn Houston installed a premium synthetic turf system designed to provide the appearance of a perfectly maintained lawn year-round. Landscape Select LX was selected for its natural aesthetics, durability, and ability to perform in a high-visibility environment with frequent student traffic.
