Project Overview
Packard Park was rundown and in desperate need of an upgrade and new playground equipment. The residents of the Packard Area wanted something safe and clean for their kids to enjoy and so the City of Fort Wayne chose ForeverLawn Northeast Indiana.
ForeverLawn Northeast Indiana used 9,000 square feet of Playground Grass Ultra and the ForeverLawn Playground Grass base system to create a safe, accessible, clean and ADA compliant space that children could enjoy. They also worked with the city to design the custom piano keys, paying homage to the former Packard Piano Company that used to stand where the playground is today.
The result is a more inclusive and safe play space for all kids that enhances the play experience.
