All ForeverLawn installs are covered by a minimum two-year warranty, but many of our products come with eight-, ten-, and even fifteen-year guarantees under our Closed Loop Warranty System. Our solutions and installation methods are designed to maximize functionality and durability, with some projects lasting over twenty years!

Our installs are all backed by our industry-leading Closed Loop Warranty System, which covers repairs and replacements. If your turf is damaged, contact your local dealer and they will be able to help return your turf to a usable, beautiful space again.

Although heat retention is unavoidable to some degree, ForeverLawn products are designed to specifically combat and minimize the radiant temperature and light turf normally produces. In addition to offering nylon products that prevent damage from reflected light, our systems employ materials and technologies (such as cooling infill) that mitigate heat trapped by the ground.

ForeverLawn’s expansive portfolio of projects covers everything from residential homes and commercial sports fields, to smaller recreational applications such as communal dog parks, public playgrounds, and golf training facilities. Each ForeverLawn dealer provides a two-year minimum installation warranty, integrated with the installation support and expertise provided in our Closed Loop Warranty System, with our longest warranties extending up to 15 years.

In 2002, ForeverLawn founders Dale and Brian Karmie stumbled upon the emergent industry of artificial turf and made a daring move from Northern Ohio to Albuquerque, New Mexico. In 2004, when the company they represented declared bankruptcy, Dale and Brian took another leap of faith and officially launched ForeverLawn.

ForeverLawn takes a blade-first approach, delivering a minimal infill artificial grass that preserves the natural look and feel of real grass while maintaining long-term performance. Rather than relying on heavy infill like many competitors, ForeverLawn’s systems are engineered for dimensional stability through advanced blade and backing design. Our seaming system uses both chemical and mechanical processes to create invisible, secure turf seams. This artificial grass seam technology works with our premium backing system to create the most resilient seaming in the industry.

Other companies use only one layer of polyurethane backing to secure the grass fibers, which quickly deteriorates when scraping against a stone or concrete base. ForeverLawn goes the extra mile with our premium three-layer backing. Our system adds two additional layers of frosted urethane and geotextile woven laminate built from recycled water bottles, to add extra cushion under foot, and protect and secure the back of the fibers.

We use a multi-part base system, using different types of stone to create a layered base that will hold up to foot traffic, but not inhibit drainage. Oftentimes other turf companies will lay turf over dirt or concrete, or at most one layer of aggregate stone, producing lackluster drainage performance. Our unique stone base combination complements the drainage and performance of ForeverLawn products, providing superior stability and drainability for each project.

All ForeverLawn installations follow a proven, tested process to guarantee you’re satisfied with your project. However, every install is different, and timelines vary depending on numerous factors.

For standard residential installations, projects typically take 2-5 days. On larger commercial applications such as sports fields or public playgrounds, a completed installation may take over three weeks. We recommend contacting your local dealer for a precise estimate.

Though no space will be completely maintenance-free, ForeverLawn products are built to last and require minimal maintenance to stay vibrant, realistic, and functional all year long. Specific maintenance needs will vary by product and application, but occasional grooming (either with a blower or powered broom), regular removal of debris and waste, and an intermittent rinse with water is typically all that’s necessary to keep your turf performing and looking its best.
