35. The Dichotomy of Persistence and Insanity

What’s the difference between persistence and insanity?

You’ve probably all heard the saying, “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.” Yet we are also taught that there is value in persistence.

So, what is the difference between persistence and insanity?

Brian and Dale spend this episode diving deeper into the dichotomy between those two: persistence and insanity.

They’ve reached a point of growth that has them walking through some of the same stresses they have been through before. They need a team.

Instead of building up a team of anyone who fit the skill set and could do the work, they change their strategy to better achieve the image they wanted for their company.

Prioritizing character over convenience, this time the brothers meet the challenges of building a team with persistence. They’re dedicated to finding team members who help drive their business and promote an image of quality and integrity.

Are you at a point where you’re feeling like you’re walking the same storyline over and over again? It may be time to redefine what you’re chasing.

Is what you’re pursuing right? Worthy of your time? Is the dream you’re chasing on track with who you want to become and how you want to serve?

If the answer is yes, then get up and keep chasing after it.
