14. The Collective Power of We

Can you mislead somebody by telling them the truth?

Last week, Dale and Brian discussed the importance of multiplying your time. Today, they dive into exciting twists and lessons learned as they applied this principle to their own business.

The business began to grow in ways they didn’t think possible. Even when Dale and Brian weren’t there to oversee every single aspect, the company’s pieces and parts continued moving. New team members who weren’t a part of projects earlier on benefitted from the continued growth. Dale and Brian were creating something bigger than themselves; they were beginning to develop the power of “we.”

Once they leaned in, things began to change and improve like never before. So today, we ask you one important question: are you selling yourself short and leaning into the power of “me” over “we?”

Listen today to find out.
